La pianta è arrivata un po’ sofferente causa ritardo del corriere, messa in acquario sper si riprenderà. Do tre stelle non per il sito aquabota che sono stati cortesi e disponibili, ma per il corriere dovrebbero cercare di fare qualcosa una pianta d acquario che è delicata non può arrivare dopo 4 giorni dalla spedizione.

The plant arrived a bit suffering due to the courier's delay, placed in the aquarium, I hope it will recover. When will my order containing plants be shipped?
This depends on the country:

For the BENELUX (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg):
You can place your order until Wednesday 10:00 a.m.
Your order will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday of the same week, depending on the destination.

For France / the rest of Europe :
You can place your order until Monday 10:00 a.m.
Your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the same week, depending on the destination.

We do this in order to preserve plant quality and send you fresh plants.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the carrier you selected.
Usually, it takes between 24 and 72 hours.

How will my order be shipped?
Via the carrier you have selected. You will receive a tracking link by e-mail.
We pack your plants with great care so they arrive fresh at your home.
In winter, we add a heat pack to keep your plants warm.

Where do you deliver?
In most countries of the European Union.
