Some general information
1. Shipping times
All orders will be dispatched within an average of 24 to 72 hours, after receipt of your payment (except for plants, which are dispatched according to the country of delivery, on specific days), from Monday to Friday, if all the products are in stock (except in special cases - see next paragraph). No partial shipment will be possible. Any order validated with the Express carrier will be prepared and shipped in priority.
The delivery will be made to the address indicated at the time of your order.
1.1 Special cases
Orders for heavy or bulky products may be shipped in several packages. You will be informed by e-mail of the number of packages sent.
Aquariums and very fragile items may take up to 3-7 working days to be prepared and picked up by the carrier.
In case of damage during the delivery of your parcel, it is imperative to issue a written reserve to the deliveryman, in order to engage the replacement and/or the refunding of the products concerned.
1. 2. Shipping days for packages containing plants
The departure of orders containing plants is only possible on the following days:
The closing time is between 11 am and 2 pm depending on the order flow.

example :
if you order for France on Tuesday at 3 pm the order will automatically be postponed to the following week

1.2. Important
In the event of an error or omission in the delivery address, making it impossible to deliver your order, you will be held solely responsible and no refund will be made.
You will also have to pay the cost of returning your order.

GLS at home.
As soon as your package is picked up by GLS, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your order.
You will receive an e-mail announcing the day of delivery at the address indicated in your AquaBota customer account.
If you think you will be absent, you can change your delivery address or request delivery in a relay point before midnight on the GLS website.
If you do not receive your parcel on the day indicated, it will remain pending at the local GLS branch for a maximum of 10 days.

DPD Predict - At home
DPD "Predict at home" delivers to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Ireland.
As soon as your package is picked up by DPD, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number of your order.
You will receive a reminder of the day and time chosen by SMS on the day of your delivery.

Please note that DPD Predict will only make one visit to your home. If you are not present, the parcel will automatically be dropped off at the nearest drop-off point without the possibility of a new home delivery.
