Hang-on UV Sterilizer for Freshwater and Saltwater Aquariums
The Newa Mirror Hang On UCV filter is equipped with an adjustable pump, and its body is designed to hang on open tanks or tubs, making it a complete, easy-to-install, and ready-to-use product.
The Newa Mirror Hang On UCV filter removes algae and protects fish from harmful bacteria, while keeping the water clean and clear without using chemicals. It provides optimal sterilization efficiency with reduced energy consumption, thanks to a double reflective aluminum wall with a mirror finish, the mandatory passage of water through a highly transparent quartz tube for UVC rays, and its proximity to the lamp.
Lever safety locks make it easy to open the filter housing for simple and convenient maintenance. An automatic power switch allows for the safe and easy replacement of the UVC lamp without interrupting the filtration circuit.
High-performance, long-lasting UVC lamp. Flow adjustment knob for sterilizing or clarifying the water. Indicator light for continuous monitoring of the lamp's proper functioning.
UVC filter power: 18W for aquariums of 400 to 700 liters.
