Terrarium planting guide

1. Layering: 2–3 cm drainage (pumice/LECA), a thin activated charcoal layer, then a light mix (potting soil + coco fiber + perlite).
2. Plant: set 5–8 cm stem pieces; bury 1–2 nodes to encourage rooting.
3. Water: keep evenly moist, never waterlogged. Mist foliage if needed.
4. Light: bright, indirect; avoid harsh direct sun to preserve colors.
5. Control vigor: tip-pinch/trim to keep compact and prevent it from outcompeting slower plants.

Terrarium compatibility (reptiles)

Best in tropical/humid setups with light-bodied species that won’t uproot plants.

• Recommended: small to medium tropical geckos (e.g., Correlophus ciliatus, Rhacodactylus auriculatus, Phelsuma, Lygodactylus, Hemidactylus), small anoles (Anolis carolinensis), small tropical skinks.
