Neocaridina “Black King Kong” is a farmed variety prized for its deep, uniform black colouring. Highly resistant and easy to maintain, it is ideal for calm community aquariums as well as shrimp-specific tanks.

1. Behaviour and maintenance

A calm, gregarious and active species, to be kept in groups of at least 10 individuals to encourage natural behaviour and stable reproduction. It cohabits with peaceful fish and helps to clean the tank by consuming microalgae, food remains and biofilm.

• Minimum volume: 20 L

3. Feeding

Omnivorous: specific shrimp food, poached vegetables (courgette, spinach), dried leaves (catappa, nettle) and natural biofilm. A varied diet promotes intense colouring and good moulting.

• Belgium & Luxembourg: departures on Monday and Tuesday for delivery between Tuesday and Wednesday.
