Lasiancistrus sp. L178 is a wild catfish native to South America, belonging to the Loricariidae family. Quiet and discreet, it plays an active role in cleaning the bottom and surfaces. It is distinguished by its mottled livery and elegant pectoral filaments.

Calm and territorial. Should be kept in an aquarium of at least 150 L, with plenty of hiding places (roots, flat stones, tubes). Prefers well-oxygenated water with a moderate current.
