The Carbax filter mass sets new standards in the filtration of activated carbon aquariums. Carbax is a very powerful granular activated carbon based on coal, specially developed for the cleaning and decolourisation of water-based liquids. Unlike conventional carbon filter media, with Carbax the entire activated carbon granulate is fully activated and not just the surface of the granulate.
